The existing north tower was deteriorating as a result of the building sitting being unused. We were called by the contractor and we dismantled the existing deteriorating structure and we built a new structure and cladded the exterior with red ACP. The turnaround for this was roughly 2 months.
The south entrance was updated with a face lift of red composite panel in order to have visual continuity with the north tower.
In addition, white composite panel was used on the soffit of the entrance
